Where the hell is the disney principled shader node, I downloaded latest nightly build and still dont see it!

It's implemented in LuxCore, but not in BlendLuxCore yet.

how much longer i have project coming up and i need this for blender also your network renderer does not work at all in windows for blender might want to fix it

The devs work in there spare time for you, for free.
It is really outrageous to kick them to speed up anything just for your needs.
Crossposting the same thing at several threads are not helpful to speed things up, too.
