Who has tested the Ubuntu Budgie, are there any issues with LuxCore or any other software in light general use?

you can install Budgie as an optional desktop and try it, I did it with Lubuntu last night
It doesn't seem any better or worse, I prefer it to Unity though everything appears to work fine
It looks better on a wide screen TV than the Lubuntu desktop so that's a bonus :)
this is what I followed
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntubudgie/backports
Pay attention to the Terminal and hit enter when prompted.
STEP 3: Next let’s update the PC.
sudo apt-get update
STEP 4: Finally, copy and paste the following command to complete Budgie installation.
sudo apt-get install budgie-desktop budgie-indicator-applet
Is hard to say if Luxcore is any better as its a crappy low end laptop and I'm using the no OpenCL option

I think i test the kubuntu 19.04 first, i already made the usb installer with rufus on this tiny usb drive (smaller than microsd card).
My motherboard, printer, CPU and GPU are on supported devices list, should be no problem.

The kUbuntu 19.04 didn't work out on my hardware too well, i stick with Windows 10 for now.

install a VM and try different ones.. I use Lubuntu because my laptop is slow, if I was swapping Windows 10 tomorrow on my pc I'd use Mint.
I fancy trying the Raspberry pi OS or Android OS on my laptop, Raspberry OS worked fine with Virtual Box but 32 bit

Tne nVidia driver seems bad.
gpu utilisation is not high, but the fps goes up and down and screen tears.

The YouTube video image quality is poor, like rough or checkered.
The video is not 100% fluid smooth, even though resource usage is not high.
3 years ago the 4k 60fps video decoding was using 4% of cpu, but now it's using 20-30 % in Windows.
So the new html5 is somewhat different compared to adobe flash on gpu.
Webpage scrolling is not smooth either even with adblock plus.

Can't find how to enable 10bit color for monitor.

The sound has loud pop in speakers every time when sound starts.
High background noise floor in speakers.

ID card reader driver and software can not be installed, because missing sources list, or what was the error.

Mouse scroll wheel speed can not be adjusted, i have to roll a 1000 times to move a few pixels down. The pointer is ok.

Firefox does not work well in YouTube, can't go in full screen, google Chrome was ok.

Other than that, it was pretty okay OS.
