Re: Opinion ...
He would like to have a collection of materials right away at hand with the render engine, sort of "Material Library VX" style. This is what LoL is supposed to be (linked by Lacilaci). He would need some stages that are already lighted so he can just place his Objects there and get forwar...

Re: RT Viewport Engine output for Visualization?
In my case I am doing an animated camera + animated sunlamp/sky in a photoscanned church from Sketchfab (1.2M tris). This is probably why it is so much faster for me to go frame to frame in viewport. When I do F12 render the export per frame is ~10s and in viewport it is 1s. Yes, you are paying the...

Re: Opencl clenqueuwritebuffer bug
The problem is easy to replicate but it starts to smell like a NVIDIA driver bug. I have modified the OpenCL code so it should be pretty much impossible to have memory leak across different renderings but the problem is still there.
Is someone with an AMD GPU able to replicate the problem ?

Re: RT Viewport Engine output for Visualization?
Export time is what I am referring to! With any mesh that is complex at all it adds up quickly. No caches. But how view port rendering is better ? The initial export time is exactly the same. Are you looking for some camera-only animation or something like that, not involving heavy geometry or text...
