Re: Fighting vs fireflies
Do you want to increase my "I want to test it NOW" feeling?

Re: Fighting vs fireflies
I did a test with bidir clamping that it's working correctly (at least without any kind of rendering artifacts). 2 hours render & 2k samples. Clamp at 1500 test_luxcore_2000samples_BiDir_2h01min.jpg It's becoming affordable as rendertime vs quality ... and I've heard that denoiser is coming... :)

I'm a bit in the same feeling but you're the coders and project manager...so it's up to you.

Re: LuxCore v2.1 proposed features
I know I'm quite late on poll but I've a question.
Is it a way to see how many samples Lux reached when I set as halt condition the rendertime?
If yes, how?
If not, is it possible to add this kind of info in the metadata?
Thanks in advance

Re: Denoiser Integration
This is the first working version of the BCD denoiser with BiDir: psor.jpg It is a quite stretched application of BCD because of the way BiDir works. You may need more samples/pixel (compared to path tracing) and to tune a bit the denoiser parameters to obtain better result. However it still quite ...

Re: LuxCoreRender v2.0beta3 released
I've downloaded the one you linked from google drive.
I've downloaded it again to be sure to have the updated one.
Anyway I'll investigate and, if I can't solve by myself, I'll post you again the scene.

Re: LuxCoreRender v2.0beta3 released
Good it works for you... in my scene I've again that kind of problem.
I cant understand what's going wrong.
If I delete the emission node on the emitters, all is fine...I'll check the geometries.
