Industrial Design | Headphones: Meze 99 Classics
Hey guys; I'm back, its been a while. I hope everyone is doing great. I'd like to share another university project I just finished for my Advanced CAD class. The task was to realistically model and render a pair of pre-existing heaphones. I chose these: Meze 99 Classics. We had to use Autodesk Fusio...

Re: Ring on the shelf
Yes you are right, the stones look rather not sharp. But I don't know exactly why, and I don't think it is the f-stop (0.02 I have used it many times like this), because all the stones lost their sharp edges... And I noticed way after publishing this render :D :P  I guess I was focusing on too...

Re: Residence Saturn
the work looks stunning, very realistic.
The only thing that breaks the immersion for me is the background. Outside the windows you can see the HDRI map that you used, and it looks pixelated.
other than that, the lighting, textures and materials are great.

Re: Modern Bed Room
This work looks clean! very nice. Could we see the Cycles version and the Luxcorerender version side by side for a comparison? and also what are your thoughts on using Luxcorerender over Cycles, which one do you prefer?

Re: Industrial Design | Sunglasses: Oakley Jawbreakers
Personally I think that products rendering is quite difficult to do. There might be mostly something which disappoint you in a render, may it be the reflection of the hdr, or a shadow.. or something else. It can't be compared to archviz, where you setup a room, adding lights, objects, furniture, wh...

Re: Skin Shader | Digital Emily
Here is my skin shader in Luxcorerender 2.6 alpha. The 3d model and textures is from the Wikihuman project. https://vgl.ict.usc.edu/Data/DigitalEmily2/ Tell me if you want me to post the blend file, it is around 1 gb in size and it will take forever for me to upload to google drive using my slow in...
