Re: openCL issue with procedural texture and particles
Hi,
I can not reproduce the issue on my Nvidia RTX 2080 (on Windows 10).
Can someone else with AMD graphics card test it?

Re: Emission node problems
Ok, understood. So, now a request for BYOB: is it possible to have a checkbox that enables and shows the "power&efficacy" settings, because now, is not so clear that power&efficacy are not needed if you don't want. Sure, add it to my todo list (github issues). It's actually someth...

Re: PhotonGI caustic cache re-factoring
Hi, I'm currently checking how best to integrate this in the Blender addon. At the moment I'm a bit lost, not sure how to set the properties for these configurations: From the UI point of view it should be just a combo box in Blender with: 1) path tracing 2) path tracing + light tracing 3) path trac...

Re: Shadow rays transparency for path tracers (aka hybrid glass)
I have added support for this feature to BlendLuxCore, it's available as "Shadow Color" in the material output node.
However, I'm getting some serious fireflies when using it: https://youtu.be/kXUYarqcL-8?t=5
Scene attached.

Re: Curvature using hitpoint info
I may have found the problem: this suzanne model has apparently a LOT of duplicate vertices. @B.Y.O.B. I receive a mesh with 6531 duplicated vertices out of 36494 but if I do a "mesh => clena up => merge vertices by distance", Blender tells me there are no duplicates. What is going on ? I...

Re: LuxCoreRender v2.3 features poll
#9 I suggest to suspend this until the materials/textures rework has been done: there is the high risk of having to redo a lot of work a that point. Ok. #10 I'm even a bit relief of the obtained quite low priority. May be I will work on it on an experimental branch, on the long run but not going to...

Re: OpenVDB support
Can we render VDB files (not blender simulation cash) inside blender with luxcore? No, the only option currently implemented in the Blender addon is to read the cache through Blender (can be Blender's own format or OpenVDB, but it has to be loaded by Blender). There has been some work on an OpenVDB...
