Hi. I am using luxcore 2.5. Recently updated to the latest build. I can barely work. Everytime I am using the pie menu for shading (render, wireframe, solid, etc) blender closes.
Is there anything I could tweak in order to have it running and be able to work in my scene.
Thank you

tonemapping
Hi. I would like to know where I can find documentation that explains tonemapping (camera properties panel). When to use it? The differences between the 3 alternatives in the panel? I noticed for example that it is essential when using the luxcore sky sytem to not overblown the scene and use accurat...

Re: Looking for advice (furniture render)
Thank you so much for all your help. I am having closer renders showing the details of the furniture and the idea is to show it in a context like the one I posted as examples previously. I am thinking if you think those examples are using a sky hdri or something different. I guess what is left now i...

What do you think about this one?Asticles wrote: ↑Mon Sep 21, 2020 4:53 pm To me they are like hdris through a window.
Look at this source.

Use one that makes soft shadows.

Re: Looking for advice (furniture render)
Thank you so much for your reply. I am trying to achieve somehow a dreamy look. Probably influenced by the trend of people using octane and doing abstract archviz renders. I think you are right, the harsh shadows are not benefiting the product. I do believe the mood I want to go could fit, but I am ...

Re: transparent material + wood artifacts
Thank you. I was doing like in cycles, where they worked. Now I know, after moving a bit the acrylic glass I stop having those black artifacts.Leandro Oliveira wrote: ↑Wed Sep 16, 2020 12:42 pm I would say the same as Dade. Objects with transparent materials, can´t touch other surface, because renderer don´t know what face it should renders.

Re: transparent material + wood artifacts
Thank you, can i ask how did you solve this. I checked the link, but I need to render within Blender. Try to delete and rebuild the wrong face hand hope it will not happen elsewhere. It is a bug and Devs will look into it. Thank you ! I I just hope it does not affect my uv maps..It took me a long t...
