More power ? yes of courseBTW, is there any interest in adding CPU (i.e. hybrid => CPU+GPU) support for RTPATHOCL ? It may be helpful on high end CPUs where the CPU is about as fast as the GPU (i.e. RTPATHOCL is currently GPU-only rendering).

I have the feeling PhotonGI may be faster. you are probably very right photon Gi is a monster a real beast in term of speed and quality. the only small issue are about it is animation (with moving light and object). precomputation also is negligeable in still but start to be a pain when you want to...

About the scene there is a huge diference in tonemapping is it possible to show both under same treatment i'm curious about it. in fact i like the smooth natural tone transition in Lux 1.6 but also like the clarity of luxcore.

Are you sure? The addon only considers assets in the table of context json file on the server and compares the hash code if it find a suitable file in the local hard disk cache directory.
