Re: OpenVDB support
I found the problem and solved it. It was my mistake, sory... I set wrong frame range in render settings. But now i have another problem (maybe i do something wrong again). Now, my beautiful fire shakes. I think the cause of that can be box offset. VDB file was generated in Turbulance FD converter. ...

Re: OpenVDB support
Hello! Thanks for this feature!!! I have done a little test of fire... in my opinion result is quite realistic. 0102.png Now i want to render an animation of this fire. It is a vdb sequence (460 frames). In viewport fire changes frame by frame (everything ok). But after render i got many pictures wi...

Re: Indirect specular\glossy with alpha
Thanks!
Well, now it looks like this: So, how to remove black area and leave only glossy? I tried to add diffren keyers in compositor, but somehow they do not work.

Indirect specular\glossy with alpha
Hello. Is it possible to get indirect glossy (or any other pass) with alpha? In cycles no. And it is strange for me, after usage v-ray , corona and physical render from cinema 4d where each pass it is image with transperent background. It is very usefull for compositing.

Re: OpenVDB support
I work on the OpenVDB support for the Blender addon. Currently, it is in a very early stage and it doesn't work with e.g. houdini VDB files on my side because the OpenVDB library isn't compiled with blosc support. I have to fix that first. Animations, e.g. automatic file selection according to the ...

Re: OpenVDB support
Thank you. Blender smoke simulator is very slow and often gives strange results... So would be great to render VDB cash from other programms, like Houdini or Cinema 4d with FumeFX or TFD. Strange why blender no read other VDB files...
