There's still a small bug lingering... only case with Area Lamps (Point & Spot are fine)

It is always the same problem with NVIDIA compiler: you can choose between endless compiling times or having the driver to crash. It is even more weird because the scene works fine on Linux while it crashes on Windows on my GTX980. No problems with the AMD R9 290X. I'm looking for a workaround but ...

1. Are Blackbody Temp., Irregular Data & Lamp Spectrum planned to be supported by Lamps?
2. Could Lamps be node based as are materials now or ase are Lamps in Cycles?
3. Is Projector (with Spot Lamp) also going to be implemented?

I take it that Cycles (or other renderers) do not crash? Do you have overclocked components, changed RAM timings, undervolted components or anything else like this which could cause system instability? You could also try running LuxMark and see if that also crashes. Also make sure that you have the...
