Yep, we tried with two different scenes, under linux it is crashing.
As I said, I'll try to assemble an example scene.

Re: New OIDN 1.4 with new features and better detail preservation
There are three options AFAIK: - Use Albedo as before - Pre-Filter Albedo to remove residual noise - Consider Albedo as 100% clean The one I refer to is the third one, it does consider Albedo as perfectly clean, like pre-filter but without pre-filter :) I don’t have the render right now, I’ll repeat...

Re: New OIDN 1.4 with new features and better detail preservation
This is one situation where I think having the option to consider the albedo as totally clean and not prefilter it could be better, in this case we loose detail in the cloth texture because it's being interpreted as noise when it's not, and the scene has more than 3000 samples. This is the denoiser ...

Re: Scene texture maps resize policy
Regarding the location of the TX files you asked before (I think), IMHO they should be located in the same folder as the original texture, so for example if you have a texture in your protect with the tax files already generated they will be used or regenerated if they are outdated, but we could sto...

Re: Scene texture maps resize policy: MIPMAPMEM
I’m eager to test this on BlendLuxCore, this would allow us to render impossible scenes for the GPU before. I wonder, if we create the TX files before, what could be the impact on size disk? Also this thx files would be useful just for one camera or frame or will it generate all the files to be pick...

Re: Download link for daily builds in the main website
Thanks Dade! @dez! That’s the renderfarm responsibility, with max or maya r other proprietary softwares and render engines they may have trouble giving support for different versions, but with Blender and Luxcore it’s very easy for them to support different blender and luxcore versions, there is no ...
