Re: Windows Build FAILED

I tried and I get the same B.Y.O.B. error: your laptop could have some system wide custom setting, like heaving the nvrtc-builtins64_101.dll path in DLL search list or something like that. That can be one problem for sure: if I modify PATH I get different behaviour. However, the other DLL, nvrtc64_...

Re: Windows Build FAILED

Indeed, another quick test on the laptop showed that, if the DLLs are not present at all, the addon is not even loaded.
Restoring them in the addon bin directory made it work.

Re: Windows Build FAILED

I assume Nvidia driver doesn't look in that directory. The builtin dll is likely to be loaded by the driver. On my desktop PC LuxcoreUI works correctly with the two DLLs in the same folder as the LuxcoreUI executable, and stops working when I remove them. I assumed the same was true for pyluxcore, ...

It might be that Cuda support has to be implemented in the BlendLuxCore addon also:

Re: Windows Build FAILED

Hardware device selection string has the wrong length, must be 2 instead of 1 I am getting the same error, which is related to this property in the scene cfg file: opencl.devices.select As Dade explained in another post, with Cuda each Nvidia card is listed twice, both as OpenCL device and as Cuda ...

Re: Windows Build FAILED

Is there a way to have bare minimal files, since I really don't want to DL the whole 2.6 GB while needing maybe 10% of that... ? To me every Byte matters. ;) This should be close to the bare minimum, also without any documentation - 58 MB: cuda_10.1.243_win10_network.exe -s nvcc_10.1 cudart_10.1 nv...

Re: Windows Build FAILED

The problem was in this line that should make a script variable available to the rest of the pipeline job: echo "##vso[task.setvariable variable=cuda.path]%CUDA_PATH%" Apparently, in a CMD shell a bug causes a wrong output value, i.e. one double quote character at the end of the value, which then pr...

Re: Windows Build FAILED

Thank you for your feedback! :)
Indeed, there is something still to be fixed: gathering the required dll for for cuda version is not working at the moment, I am looking into that.
As soon as everything works, I will add it also to BlendLuxcore.
