It looks like your OpenCL driver installation is broken, it happens sometime with automatic Windows update. Try to re-install NVIDIA driver and than check if OpenCL is working fine by running LuxMark.

This apparently happen if you have CUDA installed but no NVIDA GPU available. Do you have ever installed NVIDIA drivers on that PC ?
