Hi!
Would it be possible to get the rotation from the center of the UVs when using Center Map?
Is there a workaround for now to get it from the center?
I want the line to rotate around the center of the plane.
Thanks,
Fabien

Photographer 4 - LuxCore compatibility beta test
Hi guys, I'll be soon releasing a (paid) update to my Photographer add-on, and the main new feature is a Light Mixer inferface, similar to Gaffer but hopefully better :) I made it compatible with LuxCore, using LuxCore light settings (recommended), Cycles settings or Photographer physical lights set...

Re: Lighting and PBR - The Parthenon
Please tell me are Lux camera setting same as real world camera ? In my test it seem way more dark. Unless something changed, camera settings are correct, except for a weird issue that actually makes it brighter than it should (discussed here: https://forums.luxcorerender.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&...

Re: Lighting and PBR - The Parthenon
Using the physical sun and sky, the default values with a Gain of 1 are physically based.
If it's too dark inside, you need to adjust your camera exposure to compensate for that.

Re: GPU render experience
Thanks B.Y.O.B for chiming in! This is absolutely not off-topic, because my main issues are about GPU final rendering with CUDA and Optix, not GPU viewport. And this happens with 1920*817 on a GPU with 12GB of VRAM, so I don't think it's only a big resolution problem. I'll turn on the tiled renderin...

Re: GPU render experience
Again, I'm not complaining about the viewport rendering for which I use CPU anyway, but the final render. There should be a way to leave your PC somewhat reactive, at least to be able to abort a render. I can't even do that, I have to kill Blender from the task manager if I use CUDA or Optix.

Re: GPU render experience
Hey, i was thinking the about the same topic yesterday and LuxCore really got better with this in the last time. But still, if you compare it to (especially) Octane or Cycles, it feels way less smooth. I think the biggest drawback is, when it comes to connecting nodes in the shader editor while run...

Re: GPU render experience
Also, I made simple scene. It contains about 15M points, and two variants with and without cashes. I render it with RTX 2080 + CPU Yeah caches definitely speed up the render, but that won't work for my project. I tried changing the number of threads to improve the interactivity, but it doesn't make...
