Re: Refreshing the LuxCore Wiki
I like the idea of a new wiki, here are my thoughts. The major benifit of a new wiki would be easier to grasp for more casual/newer users. With the 2.8 support coming, I think this is more important than ever. Giving a solid overview of the software with not just a how - but a why - could be really ...

PGI Question: What Is "Lookup?"
Hello all! I'm writing user documentation for PhotonGI, and have a question about what the technical meaning of a lookup? They seem to be referenced multiple places and have a pretty large influence on PGI results. Thanks!

That is, assuming I can figure out/learn enough to write anything meaningful
If ends up being too complex for me to wrap my mind around, I'll do the image comparisons

Re: LuxCoreRender Project wants you!
Ahh good ideas, both of those seem like a good task! I think I'll start out with the PhotonGI, cuz I personally find it to be a really sweet feature. Will start looking deeper into it

Re: LuxCoreRender Project wants you!
Ahh yes, good point. I forgot about that 2.8 support is under way  I think it is probably a good idea to wait until a pre-release of that is out, and maybe then take a look at what aspects of the 2.8 version are different than the 2.79 Lux, for new users. Re: LuxCoreRender Project wants you!
Eyy! My summer break recently started, and I've got plenty of time on my hands. I'm interested in contributing by writing some artist-oriented documentation, would be a good way to help and also learn more for my own purposes ๐ What areas of LuxCore do you guys think could use it the most? Suggestio...

Re: Splashing Einstein
Looks incredibly cool! Awesome colors and lighting. I'd adjust the framing so that the head was a bit more obvious and took up more of the image, but other than that its looking supreme

Re: Modern Spacious Interior
Was pretty quick, about an hour on a desktop i5. Wasn't even close to fully converged, but the denoiser really cleans that up well

Modern Spacious Interior
Hey fellow LuxCore people! Just finished up my latest project, rendered using the new PhotonGI caching. Was fun, and wow does the cache help speed things up! Also, the viewport Denoising with OIDN is absolutely game changing for people like me with lower end PCs, it's a fantastic speed-up to the lig...
