Volumetric light isn't visible before a specular bounce with hybrid, however after it it's much brighter than with traditional BiDir.
It is working fine here (and it is mind blowing fast):

While the concrete scene works again, still my glass cubes won't show sky reflections. Your scene is working fine here: ok.jpg Are you sure to use the latest binaries ? When hybrid lightpass always uses metropolis sampler, would we need to adjust the settings in certain situations? In my testing it...

I might have found a bug: This is a scene with metal material, roughness 0.1, glossiness threshold set to 0.2 so the glossy reflections of this material are handled by the light tracer. However it looks like the normal path tracer is also still tracing these reflections because they are very noisy....

It is prone to generate more fire flies because the light source can be sampled only with direct light sampling (while you can use both direct light sampling and direct light hits of the eye path). It was a general LIGHTCPU, BIDIRCPU and now Hybrid problem. I should have fixed camera motion blur.

In newer LuxCore UI LightCPU engine doesn't trace certain paths. The image in the mirror doesn't seen at all. The version from June 21 of is working fine, the June 25 is no longer. Ah ok, the default is 0, I assumed it to be 0.05 because of Dade's example. You are correct, it is a bug, both the code for "path.hybridbackforward.partition" and "path.hybridbackforward.glossinessthreshold" default values is wrong (https://github.com/LuxCoreRender/LuxCore/blob/7817958544de6b0c7255...
