Graswald Assets Rendered in BlendLux
Here are a few sample renders using Graswald assets. The Cycles materials have been converted to Lux materials. The HDRI's were rendered in Cycles using SkyLab, then used in Lux. I love the light and shadows of sunrise and sunset. There are many more test renders with higher detailed materials on LO...

No Admin Response - Password Reset - Registration
It has taken about year, but I've finally found login info on an old computer. I've sent many messages to the admin email address with no response. Reset password gets no email response either. Registering a new account has not worked either. Is there no longer anyone monitoring admin emails?

Attribute Layers
Hello,
Is there a way to access Attribute Layers? I am specifically looking to utilize them with The Grove 11 to create complex materials for tree bark. The Attribute Layers are auto-generated when growing a tree.
Thanks!

Re: Graswald and The Grove - Creating Lux Materials
There is a nasty bug with viewport rendering crashing all the time. I don't know the details of the crash, but my graphics card has seemingly shut off several times when viewport rendering. The computer is still on, but there is not data being sent to the monitor. I have to physically power off and...

Re: TwoSided material
Thank you for taking the time to educate me on this!
BTW: I'm the person who contacted you about the PolarGrid project many months back. After a creative hiatus, I'm back on the project again.

Re: TwoSided material
You have taught me something! The object was negative in the X direction. Once the scale was applied the normals flipped. It's interesting to see how Cycles and Lux materials treat this scenario differently. Cycles materials leave the normals direction until the scale is applied, while Lux materials...

Re: TwoSided material
The normals do not flip on the mirrored object, but the frontside/backside material switches in Lux. This does not happen in Cycles (Top render in previous post).
Below shows the normals of the mirrored object.
Lux is switching the frontside/backside material on a mirrored object.

Re: TwoSided material
Referring to previous post, if it is not obvious, the top image is Cycles and the bottom image is Lux. If the normal is not flipped, material will not be. If it is flipped, the material will be. If you select, inside Blender, the original object and the mirrored one, how do the normals look ? The no...
