Re: Water Caustics
@Martini, thank you very much!
I confess I still have some questions about cache. Other render engines call "cache" something that stores light to reuse in animations, for example. But in Lux, I noted that caches have more functions.
Thank you, again!

Water Caustics
Hi guys.
My scene have a water surface, and a simple plane beneath it. I want to render caustics, and I want to see the caustics effect through the water, but it´s not working. It seems that water object is blocking the view.
I,m using Lux 2.4 on Blender 2.83.12.

Re: Trying to make fog effect

Re: Trying to make fog effect
Thank you very much, DionXein! I´m studying your file, too.
Pay your attention to Camera's volume auto-detect. With premade volumes no need in Fog object. But in example from @kintuX Camera volume autodetects happens from Corridor exterior volume(because it have only inner normals direction ...

Re: Trying to make fog effect
@kintuX, I noted that you used a valor of 5 for priority, on Heterogenous Volume node. What is it for?
From documentation:
Volume Priority
Volumes have a priority setting, which is an integer number.
In regions where volumes overlap, the volume with highest priority is chosen and replaces ...
