a lot of the files submitted to us (by the customer) do not have diamond cuts below the diamonds
It depends on software u using. If it's blender - in edit mode select all diamonds (or use select by material) and switch transform origin to Individual origins, scale down until intersections with ...

May I ask a question - is there any tutorial/how-to info about volumes workflow? Because I can't understand - why LuxCore defines not just interior volume (which is understandable and work almost like in other render systems) but exterior volume ? Why, for example, glass of vine should describe ...

Trying to make some procedural sci-fi element I got problem with gradient texture (Blender Blend).
And I can't understand, why it can use only world coordinates, not UV?
