Sketchup file imported into Blender. Some objects edited to not to be so high poly and some re-created as well UV mapping. No information about exact materials so I guess them from naming in file. spot light - project image
Hi, I try to project black and white image(PNG with alpha) but I get either a little light or no light at all. The RGB image works(PNG w alpha). Do I need edit the BW image somehow? I want to use it to mimic fake shadows from trees, etc.

Probably final image.
I wanted the look like that some parts are deformed like small sand chips but I didn't find how to mimic it, so now it looks more like cappuccino material, hopefully it is right name for it, if not, let me know.

There is wall but also light and not behind but in front of, i use clipping from camera properties. I delete some faces on the wall, left from camera.

I am in hurry so just quick notes: - normals - I know this but normals are alright - custom split normals data - i don't know about this but i don't use any I found out that if object is copied with 'shift+D' there is no problem with shader. If it is copied with 'alt+D' the problem exist. Strange is...
