Well, I found a solution but a really bad solution in my opinion. Mixing the maps instead of the materials... Mix both albedos, roughness and normals and them, plug them into the material

Hi guys, I have an issue when I mix two materials, first of all, I cant mix them using the material bump, I have to use the mix material bump slot and there is where the problem begins.

Great, render looks nice but now there is another issue to solve...

Try disabling "use cache" on your flooring material. You should still get good performance but floor won't reflect strong indirect light cache spots.
Unfortunately, indirect light cache isnt clamped at ...

Try using higher clamping values... These spots tend to show up mainly with low clamping.
There are also cases where they show up no matter what (dense structures etc) and then there is no help.... But in your case it does look more like a clamping related issue
