A gold ring in the daylight. Pearl, topaz and diamonds - Red velvet variant

The goal was to have a day light look, for a change.

Ring created and modeled in Blender 3.6 from scratch during a live stream of 5 and a half hours
Rendered with Luxcore 2.6

4K, 2384 samples, 100 light path samples, 1.7% color aberration instead of depth of field
19 min 14 sec 98 ms

You can see the modeling stream there https://youtube.com/live/JRZ3Rd0eEds?feature=share
I will keep making Luxcore tutorials, just don't ask when.

This one look really nice. I appreciate the fact that
There are no dark spot reflection on the metalic
surfaces.

Thanks.

Having no black spots was not a goal, so I didn't even notice that. I was so much focused on getting a daylight palette, that the black reflections vanished for a change. I most frequently use interior hdri, not this time

I have created a new red velvet and white gold version.

White gold and black pearl on red velvet.

The goal was to find a macro camera angle, yet able to show the art on the inside of the ring.

Ring modeled with Blender 3.6
Rendered with Luxcore 2.6
