False alarm.
I had bad mesh normal. I did a "recalculate normals" and everything is fine.

Re: LuxCoreRender v2.1alpha4 released
Found another strange thing (I hope to auto solve like before... )
Set "Use OpenCL" in the LuxCore Imagepipeline in the camera settings, then enable Bloom, render stop and console give this error
"RuntimeError: clEnqueueNDRangeKernel
ERROR: clEnqueueNDRangeKernel
[LuxCore][12684.953] [GeForce GTX 1070 Intersect] Memory used for OpenCL image pipeline: 43644Kbytes"
If you disable "use OpenCL" you can use Bloom

Thanks for the report.
This problem was already fixed by Dade: https://github.com/LuxCoreRender/LuxCor ... fa091863b2
Re: LuxCoreRender v2.1alpha4 released
Nope, that is a different problem, see viewtopic.php?f=4&t=385&p=6370#p6370B.Y.O.B. wrote: ↑Sat Sep 29, 2018 11:00 am Try this scene: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=385#p4495
On my Linux, it shows the problem.
Can anyone provide a test scene showing the problem ?
Dez! seems to have fund the culprit in "Hemi Light HDR", how is it translated in LuxCore light type ?
Re: LuxCoreRender v2.1alpha4 released
Hemi with image is exported as infinite light.
Hemi without image is exported as constantinfinite.
Not sure which variant Dez! meant.
Re: LuxCoreRender v2.1alpha4 released
I translate this forum through google-translator.
and now I do not understand what you want to ask me.
ask the question differently. in a simple way.

I think I understood.
so, it's not in Hemi.
The denoiser makes the gloss gray if there is no World in the scene with the texture attached to the EXR.

Re: LuxCoreRender v2.1alpha4 released
I am having trouble loading the blender scenes from the github repository at: https://github.com/LuxCoreRender/LuxCoreTestScenes into Blender 2.79b (the latest stable version). I do have LuxCore installed as an addon and am able to render Luxcore engine scenes I find in the forum, but the .blend files at the GitHub repository above fail to load, giving me a "File format is not supported" error (e.g., the Prism blend file which loads fine if I uses the version I find in the forums, but does not work from the GitHub repository version).
Did I miss something or do the scenes not support LuxCoreRender v2.1alpha4?

Re: LuxCoreRender v2.1alpha4 released
As described in the readme, you need to clone the repository with git LFS installed. Did you do that? Simply downloading as zip is not possible.
There's also the release with two scenes that you can download simply as zips: https://github.com/LuxCoreRender/LuxCor ... s/releases
