Luxcore 2.1 Benchmark

Post by Sharlybg »

Hi guys i'm happy to show you a work i was hoping for during a couple of month from now. but now it become reality (finally find a tiny time to do it past friday). It's Small test/learning/benchmark proposal. It's simple (no HDRi no specular shader) but give you an clear idea of what kind of result is achievable with simple setup in Luxcore just out of the box.
I can optimise things to go even faster but want it to be more representative test scene.
So to much speech are you ready to set your track time record ?

I guess I have to write LuxMark v4.0 but it may worth waiting for the dust of the "RTX-thing" to fall down

If you want I can support you, maybe I can help making the UI look good with a custom theme or so.

Cannot wait to start testing this scene on my machine. Marvelous job!
I also want to test it on some other renderers, interesting times ahead.
