Also, pay attention to Error reports in Blender Render Properties and other helpful signs for better use.
Then you'll see and can simply press "Use Cycles Settings" but do note: pay further attention to details, not every Cycles feature and setting is supported in LuxCore. For those you will need to come up with workarounds.

If you're sure you have assigned LuxCore materials (or using Cycles material adapter), make sure you have not selected the Material Override on the View Layer panel.
