We found a problem with bump and different UV channels.
We needed to use a secondary UV channel for a bump texture, but when you enable a different UV channel in the mapping node the bump disappears, this happens only with the bump, not with the color.

We've been trying to recreate it, but it's working now, I'll be sure to recreate it again if we encounter it again.
Sorry for the false alarm, maybe it has been fixed in recent version and it was just a side-effect of other bug that has been solved already.
