Can Luxcore produce passes for Cycles Denoiser?
Cycles Denoiser is most accurate denoiser if compare with Optix and Intel ODIN

You'll have to consult the documentation of the Cycles denoiser for this information (if it can be run standalone with custom input passes).

No it cannot, at least not yet, AFAIK there is a refactor going on to decouple the denoiser from the render and to allow the use of the blender denoiser in the compositor and not having it tied to the render process, but right now it's not possible.

However the animation denoiser works, but it needs the denoise data that Cycles generate, and AFAIK it's an specific type of data, not the same as the generic AOV's used by OIDN or Optix
