I don't know, I don't know.
It's so cool that there's no chance not to use it in production!

Both

BlendLuxCore-v2.2beta4-blender2.80-win64.zip
and
BlendLuxCore-v2.2beta4-blender2.80-win64-opencl

Give me this error: Missing script files BlendluxCore_280

Windows 10, Blender 2.81 latest, Add-ons -install

2.2beta3 was okay.

EDIT:

No such error on 2.80, working

When I try to insert an Image node, Blender 2.81 crashes.
On the 2.80 it's really stable and it works great.

2.81 is not supported, cause it's in alpha stage.
For example, this 2.81 build (blender-2.81-4c4a8bf588c5-windows64) is working good...later crashes has you reported.

So, best stay on 2.80
