Good choice of background and lighting and the train looks fun indeed!

I like it.
Because of the train it is more than a landscape shot, it is telling a story!
You could add:
- a cat on top
- a child leaning out of a window
- a graffiti on the side
- a person on the overpass waving
- ...

The first version (HDRI rotation) looks better to me.
