Holdout support

At the moment, the red suzanne (the demo scene in linked issue) would be visible trough a glass (i.e. the holdout object is normally visible in anything but first path bounce). I can imagine to place it behind a window, so that you get the glass reflections from inside the room and the remaining transparency to make an "overlay" with another video that shows the outside.
