i tried. but with smoother it is also more bluried :(

3000 samples is not enought?

Sometime yes depending on the scene:

here for example you're rendering an interior with artificial light spot + light through a windows and curtains :

try to switch your light strategy to uniform instead of log power (look if it improve : make test with lower resolution render). try also a clamp value lower than 10 ( 5 or 3 ).
