I have setup the download page:
https://luxcorerender.org/download/
The binaries are currently stored at GitHub:
https://github.com/LuxCoreRender/LuxCore/releases. I could store them on the web server but GitHub looks like a better solution.

I added an "Example Scenes" section under the downloads.
Not sure if we need an extra page for them.
Later when we have more we could also store them in a github repository.
For now I only added the FILESAVER zip archive of my wallpaper scene. When BlendLuxCore is out of alpha I will also add a blender scene to the zip archive.

As it seem there is not so many Mac user, when there will be a Mac version, i will be happy to test it.
