Are entry.maxpasses and maxsamplescount connected in that way
(Mesh emitter triangle number) * (entry.maxpasses) > (maxsamplescount)?

Will it benefit that 1 triangle that has sun disc on it, when i render with BiDir random?

BiDir doesn't use DLSC at all (mostly because a significative amount of path are traced from the light source, not the camera).
