Which passes did you render?
Can you upload the passes you currently have?

Well, I applied all the passes that were in the blender in the luxrender.

Sorry, I can't load this scene.

I will say that the scene is simple - there is a floor, a wall, and a mesh (simple form, but harder than a cube), the scene is currently illuminated with a HDRi map (or just a lamp, or together as well). The glass material is ordinary glass, nothing more. Wall and floor materials are glossy.

I want to change the color of my glass of other materials, for this you need to recombine them. The scheme that I used for plastic, I can not apply for glass (I simply do not understand what and how to combine).

I think you just need to add them all together after making the adjustments.
Glass is part of the INDIRECT_SPECULAR AOV.

This seems to be true, but another problem arises. The fact is that I use the add-on filmic blender, but its impact, as I understand it, applies only to the camera. While I render, preview, I can control the exposure and gamma for this addon, is there a way to make it work the same way in the composer?

Where can I find this addon?

The built-in filmic that comes with Blender fully works with BlendLuxCore and applies both to the combined pass and the compositing result. You can even edit exposure, gamma and contrast after the render.

https://github.com/sobotka/filmic-blender addon is here.
go to C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.79\datafiles\colormanagement (on Windows) and replace file

And with this addon, the normal colorspace controls for exposure/gamma no longer work?

Please try it yourself. Save the render with the edited exposure and different contrast (very large / very small contrast), and then recombine the image through the nodes. My result is very different. At the same time, the gamma and other correction does not work as the exposure would have with this add-on, because it works with a high dynamic range (although I don’t understand what the EXR problem is, because it also works in a high dynamic range).
