I see, that is one of my first experiments with blender, and i didn't know how to make it without so hard tessellation.
The fact that LuxCore on GPU has a reduced precision compared to LuxCore on CPU is known problem
I think that is on GPU there is float half precision math, i met the same with CPU in old 90' with DirectX when CPU precision was lowered by DirectX to half precision to make software Vertex Shaders to work faster, it was nightmare to findout a bug with triangulation :)
