I think the U- and V-roughness in my example file were flipped.
I fixed that and I get a result very similar to your Cycles render now.
Does this work for you? File attached.

Re: anisotropic metal UV problem
The reflection works fine now but it is still unusable due to artifacts. Mesh is subdivided 4 times and subdividing it 5th time would probably make my computer crash.
Here is my render:
Re: anisotropic metal UV problem
Looks like your mesh has some problems, or maybe the UV map is not correct?
Can't you just append the disk from my example scene into your project and use it?

Re: anisotropic metal UV problem
Nice.
Looks like an interesting scene by the way, will you show it once it's finished?

Re: anisotropic metal UV problem
Hi,
I've tried to apply the given solution on a new mesh.
Working with the same material properties leads to a different render result.
Do you have any idea why?
Left disc is from aniso2.blend, right disc is mine: This is the blend file. BR

Re: anisotropic metal UV problem
You might have to mirror or rotate your UV mapping.
Re: anisotropic metal UV problem
It's might be light falling at different angle.

This is how it looks right now with the real anisotropic shader.
