Mix AMD and Nvidia

Hi guys ! As the titlle say i want to know if i can really safely install a second GPu from green team alongside my R9 390 without problem.
The second GPU is GTX TItan black.

I would actually like to know too. Can you render on amd+nvidia+cpu(amd or intel)? That would be pretty sweet.
