Old Luxrender forum has gone –Simulated Atmosphere?

Post by Glendaloch » Tue Jul 31, 2018 2:37 pm

Have been busy for a few years and am trying to finish works designed for Luxrender. I am using 1.4 from 2015...the wiki for this seems to have disappeared –would it be possible to download it in its entirety somewhere?

Can LuxCoreRender do simulated atmosphere like LR did?

Sorry for all the questions!

Yes, the workflow is pretty much the same (use a homogenous volume).
By the way, the volume sampling code has been improved a lot.

The new wiki is here: https://wiki.luxcorerender.org/LuxCoreRender_Wiki
Piita has copied and adapted a lot of from the old wiki, but it is still missing a lot.

Thanks for the speedy reply!

Just wondering if there is anywhere I could download the whole old Luxrender Wiki just for reference.

Use Wayback Machine: https://web.archive.org/web/20170722205 ... /Main_Page
would be nice to get the whole archive in offline form
