Hello! Maybe i do something wrong but i get very different and less realistic (in my opinion) result when i use PGI cash.
The scene is very simple. All PGI settings i left by defult.
As you see in this scene PGI gives very dark gradient on the sphere. Is it normal?
I use luxcore 2.5.

Re: Path vs PGI
I solved the problem... The cause was russian username on my PC.
Re: Path vs PGI
Unfortunately, LuxCore didn't use Unicode. I don't know why, but maybe devs can explain details of it. Also textures and hdri's can't be loaded if path contains russian symbols.Endorphine wrote: ↑Sun Dec 27, 2020 11:35 am I solved the problem... The cause was russian username on my PC.
К сожалению LuxCore не использует юникод. Я не знаю почему, ведь сам блендер вполне ок с этим, может разработчики пояснят этот вопрос. Текстуры и hdri'ки тоже не грузятся, если в пути есть русские символы.

As far as I know, LuxCore can: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2197
There may be something in between to not encode the string in UTF-8.

You must have some kind of error message inside the log and you can also post a test scene showing the problem.DionXein wrote: ↑Tue Dec 29, 2020 10:32 amIs there any way to fix it or help with it?Dade wrote: ↑Sun Dec 27, 2020 11:49 pm As far as I know, LuxCore can: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2197
