Now this is a nice example Scene,
you just need to remove the Color-Correction Node in the Composer then it works fine.

Could you upload a rendered picture of one of the frames that show the issue?

You can disregard it.
It was a to dark setting of the color-correction node in the Composer.
In such case the in between colors fade away and just RGB is left.
Good to know.
