Hi
Get strange result for interior render
8:21 Out of Core option on 16 supersamples
and
9:59 Out of Core option off 512 samples
Out of Core option is more faster than standart render mode?

I assume you have an halt condition of 512 samples per pixel in both case. Indeed, the result looks strange, can you post a test scene ?

I'm getting the same rendering time with or without OoC option On/Off, about 26secs on my RTX 2070 Super. The scene is missing the required texture maps but I doubt that it would make any difference.

Your result may be related to some specific hardware characteristic of the GTX 1070, like OoC option fitting well, its work-set, in some hardware cache, etc.

As explained in viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2121, Random/Sobol sampler: "Out-of-Core" mode has more cache friendly behavior (at the cost of not being progressive at all so it isn't good for previews, etc.).
