Hi,
I'm trying Luxcore 2.4 CUDA and I'm having a couple of issues.
First thing I noticed after the installation is that I get a warning about the AI_denoise_addon missing.
Then, when I switch to Luxcore I only see two options: CPU and OpenCL.
Am I missing something?
I got the latest build from here:
https://github.com/LuxCoreRender/BlendLuxCore/releases
Thanks for any help.

Select OpenCL and than go in the device list and you will see your GPU is listed 2 times: one as OpenCL device and one as CUDA device, just select only the CUDA device.phoenixart wrote: ↑Tue May 05, 2020 7:17 pm Then, when I switch to Luxcore I only see two options: CPU and OpenCL.
BlendLuxCore has not yet been updated.

Re: Luxcore 2.4 CUDA not working
Thank you, Dade
Of course, I realized that right after I posted
This is how the device list looks on my end which I thought it was a little confusing as it shows 4 devices for the OpenCL and two for the CUDA (I have two 1080ti)
Anyway, after I start a viewport shading this is what happens and basically nothing happens even if I wait for a few minutes.
The only thing I can do at this point is to end the Blender from the task manager.

Never mind, it seems now it's working although the viewport is quite unresponsive (I only have the default cube in the scene)

Re: Luxcore 2.4 CUDA not working
This is a bit strange, you should try LuxMark and check how many devices it lists. You should see only 2 OpenCL devices.phoenixart wrote: ↑Tue May 05, 2020 7:57 pm which I thought it was a little confusing as it shows 4 devices for the OpenCL and two for the CUDA (I have two 1080ti)
P.S. the first (and only) time you run a render engine on a device, LuxCore has to compile the GPU kernels and it takes quite some time (about 2 mins on a AMD 3900X).

Strange indeed, LuxMark lists 4 GPUs:

It is very strange and if it happens with LuxMark it is likely to be a bug in some NVIDIA driver release. LuxMark has not been touched and has worked for years.phoenixart wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2020 6:37 am Strange indeed, LuxMark lists 4 GPUs:
