I was suggesting to check the GPUs clock rate and temperatures.
I'm sorry Dade, but I can't find clock and temperatures infos... (As I wrote, I'm a newbie...)
In LuxMark, in the specs column on the right, there is written Clock: 350 MHz on both GPUs (but I suspect this is not the info you asked for...)
For temp, I don't know how to find this info. I use iStat Menus (I'm on Mac) for hardware monitoring, but I can't find GPUs temp...

On PCs, there are several utilities available for the task, unfortunately, I have no idea how it can be done on MacOS.
