How might one achieve an effect similar to this in Lux?

That doesn't generate the coloured shapes cast on the wall shown in the photo.

You need to increase the "kr" (aka reflection) parameter of the glass material. The wall colored shape is (mostly) the result of light reflected over the glass surface.

It is effect of light passing through
dichroic glass.

How do you adjust that parameter? The only thing I see relating to reflection is the colour.

Now I don't suppose you have a dichroic glass Lux material lying around that I could play with, would you?

Either I have no clue what I am doing, or Lux is lacking parts or something else is amiss
What is: Refraction color? Also, there's no Thin Film present. So this is the closest I could get without it ("Architectural" is a must, no refraction there):
