when are you removing bcd?

It is useless and can make really bad impression for new users when they try to switch to it from oidn. Should be banned from this world alongside few other options...

I don't have plans to remove it yet, maybe after 2.8 port is done we could do some kind of survey to check if some people still use it for some cases.
