Hi,
Glad to hear that someone finally seems to be interested in validating lux cores abilities...
As described the test case 1 (out of 12) worked out very well. Except the IES file case. The gained luminance values were by far too little.
Currently I'm working on test case 2, but my motivation becomes very little, due to no response.
You said you're able to read the code regarding IES interpretation? How does lux read the different pole axis types from IES?
In my field I'm often dealing with y- pole light distributions? Quite often the orientation of IES in free 3D space causes some troubles to me... it's not very clear how the IES axis are oriented and what's the respected axis system while setting up a scene.
Thank you, at least for responding.
