Are there different Doors of Perception In Finite Mirrors
- Just another "infinite" Mirror? Isn't the mirror topic of self consciousness? Is there any connection between self and existence but thinking?
Path openCL with light tracing CPU
0h47m58s, 5.76 MPixels, 4098 Samples, 8.2MSamples per s, 5.6 Rays per Sample

The infinite mirrors look pretty cool. There seem to be some denoising artifacts (?) but they integrate so well with the image that they are not annoying, they are rather fitting.

Thank you for the feedback!
Yes, there are some artifacts from the de-noiser. I had the same opinion about patterns fitting in or adding some enigmatic interpretations.
To remove de-noiser artifacts I had to increase to 65544 Samples, additionally I increased path depth for specular to 96, ideally depth is set to at least 168!
The attachment Are there different Doors of Perception In Finite Mirrors, path openCL with light tracing CPU, de-noised, 2h14m05s, 5.76 MPixels, depths 96,4,4,96, 65544 Samples, 8.6MSamples per s, 5.4 Rays per Sample.png is no longer available
And here some impression I gathered analyzing the renders.
The attachment In Finite Mirrors_some close-ups.png is no longer available
- Are there different Doors of Perception In Finite Mirrors_denoised, subtraction of 2 renders, depth 96-48, brightness base 2 power of 7

- Delicate Taste of Anonymous Seduction
Actually LuxCoreRender stands for "Physical based Rendering", well, it takes a while or even more to approach realistic looking imagery of empty glasses.
