Hi ! Just to let you be aware that there is a new tutorial online for Luxcore. It explain how you can feel yourself at home also in Luxcore if you're a Cycles User. At the end i show how i use this workflow to the scene you see below. We are not covering Shading here (this is for next time).

I am guessing its a hallway of a hotel or old age home somewhere in Central or Eastern Europe? The cactus is a Euphorbia, really well done. The painting is of course by Gustav Klimt. The building is old, pre-electricity? Was it taken from a photograph?
