Great Idea!
An army on kangaroos!
Looks like they are to cross the river (lake?) and probably to meet the enemy on the other side.

Most interesting question: What kind of animals is this other party riding on??



There are some flaws in the render, water, waves and shorelines are among the most difficult things to do in CGI but it doesn't matter here, and the sky reflection on the water is just great!

I found an AT ST star wars machine and this guy in red in the middle of the scene...

Yes, I can see how they start to wade in the water from both sides, struggling to reach the middle and start the fight when suddenly a squadron of catfish riding mermaids emerges doing them all in with their infrasonic reed pipes
