Yep, that's luxcore solid hair, glossy translucent w/o volume. I guess it needs a few thousands samples to look nice.

That's matte + 0.1 velvet ribbon hair 1056 samples.

The desk. Glossy material and matte with a layer of lacquer is different, the latter looks more realistic. I've made it with rough glass material.

For this one I don't remember number of samples.

2400 samples
Glossy translucent ceramic plate was not very close to reference. Reference is glazed ceramic, so I've tried to make glaze with rough glass. It seems to take forever to converge.

365 samples
Plate here is Glossy Translucent mixed with 10% Mirror to fake glaze; desk is just matte, without lacquer.

There's space left, possibly a second one could be added?
Or even a lemon, then proceeding to a grapefruit!
